Most of the time I cook from a twin stovetop and this was no different whilst living in a house with a full-size kitchen, but there are some foods that just can’t be made without an oven. This insert will help with keeping the oven clean of burning and tarnishing and it will also keep your cake intact when you take it out of the tin.

If you don’t have muffin cups or the Omnia Muffin Insert handy, you can simply pour the batter into the silicone mold that comes with the oven. Then, simply cut into slices for a warm breakfast bread! As somebody who can comfortably eat a slice per minute, this slow production time is, personally, a major problem.

As for the “seems like it could go flying”— I always use my pot restraints with any pan, including the Omnia. I’ve never had a problem with it going flying but I don’t use it in really boisterous conditions (I tend not to do hot food when it’s really boisterous). Read more about pot restraints. When I heard about the Omnia oven and how it is being claimed as one of the best van life or campervan ovens, I was curious, but when I heard you can make roast potatoes and even cake on a stove I was totally sold and had to get one.. like yesterday!

Had a go with my new 'Le Four palestinien oven' (French version of the Omnia oven) that I bought from @Minxy Girl When I baked using the Dutch oven, it was hard to keep the top of the baked food from being steamed by the moisture being driven out of the food. The Omnia takes care of that, with the lid being high enough over the food to have quite a bit of hot air there, as well as having holes to let the steam escape.
