For The Streets it was to moan about being successful, for a certain unnamed Midlands duo it's to punch down on the scene they left behind.

With Mercury and Brits nominations, NME Awards and appearances in global brand campaigns, Carner has undoubtedly had a meteoric rise to the top, culminating with his second album 'Not Waving, But Drowning' charting at number 3 in the UK albums chart in 2019. HUGO tells the story of Hugo Cabret, who lives in a Parisian railway station after the passing of his inventor father. Like so many others, this came like a bolt out of the blue and, even though it's well before payday, I had to have this astonishing album on vinyl to prove it exists. Housed in a 400gsm jacket with black poly-lined inner sleeves, this release will be enclosed in a reusable perforated poly bag in lieu of shrink wrap.
