I kind of missed the characters from the two previous books, but I can see why the focus shifted to these two.

I wasn’t sure I’d find the theme of this novel interesting (given what I mentioned earlier), but I found myself quite intrigued by the suitcases of those who never made it out of Ambergate and the stories of Sarah and Amy.They're brimming with crystal-clear notes and explanations, and pair beautifully with our workbooks for Years 3-6!
