I've felt enraged and exhausted in equal parts while reading this, especially with our current day situation. so… i wanted to see what people were saying about this book and how well received it was by people, so i read some reviews and most are saying how important and impactful it was, however of course there was negatives as well and it really intrigued me. And men not getting convicted because “they were stressed about their job, so it’s understandable that they took up skirt pictures of women on the bus”.My eyes are firmly now open to how deep-rooted the problems really are and I will be shouting from the rooftops where possible to try to make at least a tiny impact. Or, the ten year old girl that was raped in Ohio, became pregnant due to that rape, and then had to travel across states to find a clinic that would treat her and give her an abortion.
