Sometimes his bum can inflate to be pretty sizeable and other times it seems like it’s only half way to full capacity. That’s probably the best thing about this game and why Luke loves it so much. The anticipation of never knowing when he’s going to fart means that with every pull of his finger, the suspense grows. You know what’s missing from your life as a parent? More toilet humour! Oh yes – I am talking about farts…blow-offs, fluffer doodles, bottom burps. Children, for some insane reason, find farting to be absolutely hilarious. That’s why, when I was offered a chance to review a brand new game called “Pull My Finger” (oh yes!), I knew straight away that it would be a massive hit with Luke. This sounds like a lot of fun! What is it with kids and toilet humour?! My boys would definitely love this game. There are two types of people in this world… The ones who find farts funny and those who don’t. I’m very much in the former camp on this subject. It’s not clever, it’s not grown up but seriously, farts are just so funny. There is nothing that lightens the mood quite like someone farting (even if it is quite possibly the worst smell you’ve smelt!). You get to a point in the game when you are sure the bum is going to deflate and the girls got all giggly thinking, “this is it, it’s going to blow”, and then there is a sigh of relief when it doesn’t and you’re safe (for now!). Once the game is finished you can display your monkey on a shelf in your bedroom or playroom as a cute colourful ornament.
